Community
A community for people running real job campaigns.
Peer learning, hiring intel exchange, and the calm room your feed will never be. We’re opening to a small first cohort soon: career-serious, signal-rich, no spam.
Peer learning, not performance
Trade tactics that actually moved the needle — outreach lines that landed, follow-ups that worked, interview prompts that got real answers. No personal-branding theater.
Hiring intel exchange
Members share what they're seeing — companies hiring quietly, recruiters who respond, ghost listings to skip. NextRole is the tool; the network is the edge.
The calm room
Small enough that you'll recognize names. Curated enough that questions get thoughtful answers. A calm room with signal at the center, not a feed shouting for your attention.
Founder + early-team access
Direct line to Jeremy and the people building NextRole. Your search shapes the roadmap — features ship because the cohort needed them.
Common questions
- Who is this for?
- Professionals running a real, deliberate job search — targeting specific companies or stretches, not just throwing applications at the wall. Most members are mid-to-senior career; all roles welcome.
- How big is the first cohort?
- Small on purpose. We'd rather start with a tight group where every member's signal lifts the room than scale before the culture is set. Expect under 100 in the first cohort.
- When does it open?
- We're shaping format and norms now. Waitlist members get the first invites — you'll hear from us before public availability.
- Is there a cost?
- Pricing is being decided alongside cohort size. Founding members will have grandfathered access. We'll be transparent about cost before asking anyone to commit.
- Do I need to be a NextRole subscriber?
- No. The community stands on its own. Subscribers get a few perks — shared dashboards, in-app coordination — but membership doesn't require a paid plan.
